Anton Mosimann Tells the Story of His Encounter With Royalty, Presidents and Celebrities

Renowned Swiss chef Anton Mosimann has recently published his new book, ‘Life Is a Circus’, an autobiography that narrates his life and career from early childhood to his work for royalty, high-ranking officials and celebrities from across the world.

Throughout his career, the 70-year-old chef has had a commanding presence in some of the most prestigious restaurants in the world, meeting and working with global celebrities, politicians and British royalty, including preparing the wedding banquet of Prince William and Kate Middleton in 2011.

Mosimann, who was decorated with the ‘Order of the British Empire’ for his service to gastronomy and hospitality, owns a unique home library which covers 500 years of cooking history, featuring a collection of 6,000 cook-books and menu cards that he collected from auctions and libraries through his travels around the world.
